Dr. Daniel Min
Prosthodontist

Dr. Min graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Texas.

In dental school, Dr. Min was awarded the American Esthetic Dental Association award for excellence in esthetic dentistry and Student of the year in clinical performance.

Upon graduation, Dr. Min was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army and served four years, gaining invaluable experience providing dental care to our nation's service members. He continues in the Army Reserves.

After active duty, Dr. Min was admitted to the highly competitive graduate specialty program in dental implantology and prosthetics at Columbia University. He completed this three-year specialty program and earned a Master of Science (MS) in prosthodontics. Dr. Min joined the Columbia faculty and served as a part-time clinical professor.

Dr. Min is committed to professional growth. His membership in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the Academy of Prosthodontics keeps him up to date with the latest in surgical implantology and advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Allyson Won
Endodontist

Dr. Allyson Won is a native New Yorker from Long Island.  She completed her degree in Dentistry at SUNY Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine.

After training at the Manhattan VA for General Residency, Dr. Won worked as a General Dentist in the greater Manhattan area.  She later completed her specialty training in Endodontics at NYU College of Dentistry.  She felt such a connection to the school that she remains as adjunct clinical faculty at the department of Endodontics of NYU.

Dr. Won has travelled as far as Clinton County, NY to Nicaragua to provide dental care to underprivileged communities.  Dr. Won enjoys exploring the world for leisure as well as golf and tennis in her spare time.

Dr. Shawn Gutman
Orthodontist

Dr. Gutman graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Feeling unfulfilled as an engineer, he changed his career path to dentistry and attended Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. After graduating with his DDS, he remained at Columbia to complete his 3-year residency training in orthodontics.

Dr. Gutman is a board-certified orthodontist. He currently holds a part time clinical faculty appointment at Columbia where he teaches the orthodontic residents.

When Dr. Gutman is not seeing patients, he is busy with his aquariums at home. He is an avid aquascaper and freshwater shrimp breeder.
